My goal for the restaurant is to re-create the Italian sense of fun and camaraderie, celebrating life with a good meal in good company. In Tuscany our lives are centered around the table. Italians say that spending time at the table brings longevity, perhaps because all the senses come alive with colors, aromas, and tastes, not to mention the joking and laughing. The table is not just about food . . . it's about fellowship.
